Frank is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM professional. He holds a Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser securities license and is a multi-line licensed insurance agent. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University with a major in Accounting.

Frank has volunteered as a coach, director and executive board member with local youth sports programs over the years. He enjoys the outdoors and mentoring kids on the School of Hard Knocks.

He lives in Upper St. Clair with his wife Anita, and children Noah and Chloe.
