Client Service Administrator
Job Summary
Grow your career as a Client Service Administrator! A CSA is responsible for serving client accounts and helping Advisor prepare for client meetings. In addition, a CSA will be responsible for troubleshooting client service issues.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Finance or 1 year experience with either a Registered Investment Adviser or Broker Dealer
- Strong verbal, writing and listing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients, verbally and in writing
- Greet visitors in person and phone calls
- Deliver superior client service, troubleshoot problems, serve as liaison between Advisor and client as needed
- Manage client information, prepare client forms, submit and follow up on necessary paperwork
- Navigate several online dashboards to service clients
